摘要
通过文献研究和问卷调查,比较研究已经成功实施绩效工资改革的公立医院绩效工资制度、考核模式以及考核指标等,总结医院成功实施绩效改革的宝贵经验,为其他医院绩效工资改革提供借鉴。
Through studying literature and using questionnaire survey, this paper comparative study successful performance pay system, appraisal and assessment index in public hospitals. It sums up their successful experiences so as to provide useful reference to other hospitals.
