摘要
[目的]探索公立医院产权改革成功的原因,以便加快公立医院的改革。[方法]对昆明市正在进行产权改革的某公立医院职工进行问卷调查,了解职工对改革的心态,找到改革成功与否的关键因素。[结果]通过问卷调查结果得知,公立医院产权改革产生茫然心态、焦虑心态、不满心态等心态变化,医务人员对工作状态的整体满意度不高,基本集中在"一般"。[结论]是否获得职工的支持是改革成败的关键影响因素之一。搞改革应当顺应民意,完善各项制度,做好职工工作。
Objective To explore the cause of reform success in public hospitals so as to quicken the reform of public hospitals. Methods Investigated staffs who worked in a underway property right reform public hospital by questionare, knew their attitude to reform to find the key factors whether the reform success. Results Public hospital property right caused blank, anxiety and dissatisfy attitude through questionnaire survey. The totality satisfaction was low. Conclusions The employees' support was the key element for the success of the reform. Reform should comply with the staff's opinion. The improvement of the system and the communication should be promised when the reform was in process.
