2004-2013年弥渡县医疗机构法定传染病漏报情况分析

Analysis on missing report of notifiable infectious diseases in Midu county medical institutions from 2004 to 2013

[目的]分析弥渡县2004-2013年法定传染病漏报情况,了解弥渡县传染病疫情报告工作质量,为规范传染病报告工作提出相应对策。[方法]对2004-2013年弥渡县法定传染病漏报调查相关数据,运用SPSS 15.0软件对相关指标进行分析。[结果]2004-2013年,弥渡县在医疗机构法定传染病漏报调查中,共查出传染病4542例,漏报78例,总漏报率为1.72%;全县漏报率呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=48.64,P<0.01)。其中乙类传染病漏报率为1.91%,丙类传染病漏报率为1.37%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.6,P=0.2)。门诊部漏报率为2.18%,住院部漏报率为1.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.12,P<0.01)。不同级别医疗机构传染病漏报率差异有统计学意义(χ2=95.77,P<0.01),随着机构级别降低漏报率呈上升趋势。不同级别医疗机构传染病报告质量的差异也有统计学意义。[结论]弥渡县传染病漏报率有逐年下降趋势,但乡级医疗机构的传染病漏报率较县级高,加强疫情报告管理尤其是对乡级医疗机构的管理,仍然是今后传染病管理工作的重点之一。

Objective To analyze missing report of notifiable infectious diseases in Midu county from 2004 to 2013, understand the work quality of infectious disease report in Midu county, so as to propose corresponding countermeasures for regulating infectious disease report working. Methods Analyzed relevant data of missing report of infectious diseases in Midu county from 2004 to 2013 by SPSS 15.0 software. Results From 2004 to 2013, in the investigation on the missing report of notifiable infectious diseases Midu county medical institutions, totally 4542 cases of infectious diseases were detected and 78 cases were missed, with a total missing report rate of 1.72%. The missing report rate in the whole county presented task back. There was statistically significant（χ2=48.64, P〈0.01）. In which the missing report rate, category B was 1.91%, category C was 1.37%, and there was no statistically insignificant（χ2=1.6,P=0.2）. The outpatient missing report rate was 2.18%, inpatient department missing report rate was 1.14%, and there was statistically significant（χ2=7.12,P〈0.01）. There was statistically significant of missing report rate in different levels of medical institutions（χ2=95.77,P〈0.01）. With the lower of institution level, the missing report rate presented a rising trend. There was statistically significant in report quality of infectious diseases of different levels of medical institutions. Conclusions The infectious disease missing report rate in Midu County presented the trend of decrease year of year, but the missing report rate in township-level medical institutions was higher than the counties＇. It is still one of the key points for infectious disease management that strengthen infectious disease report management, especially in township-level medical institutions in the future.
