随着钢结构产品的广泛应用,提高原材料板材的利用率是钢结构企业迫切需要解决的问题。本文以矩形钢材下料排样应用为背景,结合软件开发技术开发了钢结构产品排样系统。首先该系统可以快速从数据库中匹配出最符合产品尺寸的材料板材,然后提供高质量的排样方案,节约原材料,降低产品成本,提高企业经济效益。

With the widely application of the steel structure products,it is an urgent need to solve the problem which is improving the utilization rate of raw materials plate for steel structure enterprise. Based on the background of rectangular steel blanking layout application,combined with the software development technology,this paper develop steel structure products layout system. First of all,the system can match the most conforms to the product size sheet material from the database quickly,and then providing the layout scheme of the high quality,saving raw materials,reducing the product cost and improving enterprise economic benefits.
