摘要
为了改善水射流用炮杆的水流状态,设计了带整流装置的炮杆。采用Fluent软件仿真分析了整流管数量、长度和形状对喷嘴速度分布、轴心线上水的湍流度、轴心线上动压的影响。结果表明:整流管的数量、长度和几何形状对射流特性具有较大影响,合理的整流管装置有助于较好地改善冲洗效果。
This paper designs a gun rod with rectifier tube to improve the flow pattern in water jet. Fluent software was employed to simulate and analyze the influence of the number,length and shape of rectifier tube on the velocity distribution of the nozzle,water turbulence and dynamic pressure at the axis of the gun rod. The results show that the number,length and shape of the rectifier tube have greater influence on jet characteristics,and that rectifier tube with proper structure can effectively improve the effect of flushing nozzle.
