摘要
为满足工艺要求,在抽芯铆钉钉套局部退火过程中,需要对其部分环节进行冷却,对此本文提出了相应的冷却系统要求,根据要求制定了冷却系统设计方案,完成了泵的计算选型和水箱设计,制定了工作流程图,为抗拉型抽芯铆钉钉套局部退火设备冷却系统设计提供了参考。
In order to meet technical requirements,partial cooling is necessary in the process of rivet sleeve annealing. This paper proposes corresponding requirements on the cooling system,formulated a design scheme for the cooling system according to the requirements. Moreover,the calculation and selection of the pump and tank design were completed. Then a work flow diagram was developed. This research provides a reference for the design of the cooling system for tensile rivet sleeve's partial annealing equipment.
