某型航空发动机排气污染试飞方法研究

摘要 航空发动机排气污染测量是民机适航条款要求科目,本文依据适航条款的要求,分析飞行过程中发动机排气成份中的CO进入载人舱的路径,针对某型客机构型,提出发动机排气污染的试飞方法,并应用于某型航空发动机排气污染飞行试验,试验结果表明发动机在各种状态下工作时,某型飞机的航空发动机尾气排放对载人舱的CO浓度无明显影响。 Measuring aero-engine exhaust pollutant is necessary for compliance verification of CCAR. Aiming at certain aircraft configuration in this paper,the route through which the CO in the exhaust pollutant enters into the manned cabin was analyzed. Then the flight test technology was proposed for measuring the exhaust pollutant of the aero-engine. The testing scheme and flight test methods in terms of CCAR requirements were designed,and applied in flight test. The results show that under various work conditions,the exhaust emissions from the aero-engine have no obvious effects on the concentration of CO in the manned cabin.
