摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清中促甲状腺激素(TSH)与同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的关系。方法将200例2型糖尿病患者按TSH水平分为3组:<0.3(m IU·m L-1)组33例、0.3(m IU·m L-1)组132例、>5.5(m IU·m L-1)组35例,健康对照组50例。检测TSH与HCI等指标,并进行相关分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者HCY水平高于正常人(P<0.05);2型糖尿病患者3组间HCY差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TSH水平与HCY水平呈正相关,HCY水平同2型糖尿病及其慢性并发症呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清中TSH变化与HCY相关,提示TSH变化可能与2型糖尿病微血管有关。
Objective To study the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone( TSH) and homocysteine( HCY) in serum of type 2 diabetic( T2DM) patients. Methods 200 T2 DM patients were divided into three groups according to the level of TSH,which was the group of TSH( UIu / m L) with 33 cases which 〈 0. 3,the group of TSH with 132 cases which≥0. 3 and ≤5. 5,the group of TSH with 35 cases which 〉 5. 5 and healthy control group with 50 cases,respectively. HCY and other index were tested and given some related analysis. Results The level of HCY in T2 DM were higher than that of normal people( P 〈 0. 05); there was significant difference among the HCY of those three groups( P 〈 0. 05); there were positive correlation between the level of TSH and that of HCY,also of HCY and T2 DM and its complications. Conclusion The change of TSH in serum of T2 DM patients is related to HCY,and it predicts the changes of TSH,which is possibly related to T2 DM.
