农产品国际贸易制度的演进与我国的对策

The Evolution of International Agricultural Product Trade System and Countermeasures

农产品贸易作为国际贸易的重要组成部分,推动其贸易制度改革,促进贸易自由化,成为世界各国农产品贸易发展的必要途径。尽管国际农产品贸易制度经历了乌拉圭回合谈判、多哈回合谈判,但由于各方利益分歧,最终导致多哈回合谈判停滞。通过分析农产品国际贸易制度进展的原因及前景展望,并结合中国农产品贸易发展情况,提出当前农产品贸易制度下所应该采取的措施及建议。

As an important part of the international trade,agricultural trade has become an essential way to develop international agricultural product trade,to promote the reform of the agricultural product trade system and to furher the liberalization of international agricultural product trade all over the word. Although the international agricultural product trade system has experienced the Uruguay and the Doha round negotiations, due to different interests of all parties,the Doha round stagnated finally. This article analyses the reason and the prospect of international agricultural products trade system progress,and the development of China＇s a- gricuhural trade,therefore measures and policy suggestions are put forward to promote the Doha round agri- cultural negotiations.
