碘代丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯复配制剂用于橡胶木防霉防蓝变效果检测 被引量:10

摘要 将具有较好杀菌效果的碘代丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯(IPBC)和二癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC),用于橡胶木防霉防蓝变处理。室内试验显示,单方IPBC制剂和IPBC与DDAC复配制剂处理的木材,均具有较优的防霉防蓝变性能,且复配制剂处理效果更优;野外试验显示,采用常压处理和真空加压处理后,复配制剂处理材的防霉防蓝变性能可满足橡胶木加工初期生产周转的要求。 The effects of iodopropargyl carbamate (IPBC) and decyldimethyloctylammonium chloride (DDAC) used for rubberwood protection from mould and blue stain were studied. The results of laboratory tests showed that rubberwood samples treated with IPBC or IPBC+DDAC compound, respectively, had good resistance to mould and blue stain fungi, but IPBC+ DDAC compound was more effective than IPBC alone. In the first two months of field tests,the percentage of infestation area on rubberwood specimen surfaces was less than 10% when treated with 0.2% solution under a vacuum pressure process, or 0.3% solution using an immersion treatment. All the samples tested could reach the requirements for rubberwood storage and sawing process before drying.
