摘要 在分析零飞测试原理及需求的基础上,介绍简易零飞测试系统的设计与应用。简易零飞测试系统是采用成熟的CCD相机、光学镜头、图像采集卡、传输光缆和工控计算机等硬件集成,采用"实时图像采集+后期处理"的工作方式进行零飞测试,对光轴校准原理和图像采集与处理方法进行了设计说明,并进行了多个航次的目标图像跟踪采集示例应用。结果表明:该系统具备实时采集、存储目标图像和后期图像处理的功能,系统简单、成本低、使用方便,可有效解决研制单位火炮跟踪测试设备缺乏的现状,应用推广价值明显。 Based on analysis of zero-fly test principle and requirement, this article introduced the design and application of simple zero-fly testing system. The simple zero-fly testing system is integrated with CCD camera, optic lens, image acquisition card, optical fiber cable for transmission and industrial control computer which are existing products. Its working mode is making use of image real-time acquisition and post processing. The design of optical axis calibration and the disposal of image acquisition and processing are explained. And one application example of image acquisition of tracking target in multi-voyage is reported. The result indicates that, this testing system has function of real-time acquisition, target image storage and image post processing. And it is simple, low-cost and convenient. It can be applied for the test and verification of the dynamic tracking target performance of artillery on the developing stage of artillery system, and has obvious value to be popularized.
