不同微量元素在鱼腥草植株不同器官中的分布特征 被引量:6

摘要 采用原子吸收分光光度计对不同采样点内鱼腥草各器官中5种微量元素的含量进行了测定,并对鱼腥草不同器官的富集系数、转移系数、各地区鱼腥草内不同微量元素的相关性进行分析。结果表明:各器官内,Mg含量均是最高,Cu含量均为最低,各元素在同一器官内含量的大小排序为:Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu。鱼腥草各器官中,各元素的富集系数均小于1。不同地区的鱼腥草,Mg、Ca在不同器官内的转移系数均大于1,Fe、Zn、Cu的转运系数均小于等于1。对同一种元素在不同地区间的相关性进行分析可知:Fe、Zn、Cu:不同地区均在1%的水平存在着极显著的相关性;Mg、Ca:少数地区在5%水平存在着显著的相关性,其他地区间相关性不明显。 Ten elements in different sampling point on soil and different organs of Houttuynia cordata Thunb were analyzed by AAS, as well enrichment coefficient, transfer coefficient and correlation in different organs of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. The study showed that:the content of Mg in different organs was highest, content of Cu was lowest, the content of different elements of the same organ in Houttuynia cordata Thunb was Ca〉Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Cu. Enrichment coefficient of each element in different organs was lower than 1. Transfer coefficient of Mg,Ca in different organs of different areas is higher than 1, transfer coefficient of Fe,Zn,Cu was lower than 1. The same element in different areas was analyzed, we know Fe,Zn,Cu in Houttuynia cordata Thunb of different areas were significant positive correlation at the level of 1%. Mg ,Ca in Houttuynia cordata Thunb of a few areas were positive correlation at the level of 5%, others areas were not have a positive correlation.
