响应面法优化热水浸提啤酒花多糖的工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究筛选啤酒花多糖的热水浸提最佳提取工艺条件。以浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间及浸提次数作为影响因素,以啤酒花多糖提取率为评价指标。在单因素试验的基础上,通过四因素三水平Box-Behnken中心组合试验,建立多糖提取率的二次多项式回归方程,经响应面回归分析得到优化组合条件。啤酒花多糖提取最优条件最终确定为:提取温度91℃,液料比14 m L/g,提取时间104 min以及提取次数2次。在该条件下多糖提取率实验值与预测值间存在较好的一致性。所得二元多次回归方程是准确的且适用于对啤酒花中多糖的提取进行预测。 To optimize technology of hot water extract polysaccharides from Humulus Lupulus L. by response surface analysis. On the basis of single-factor experiments , the relationship between main extraction conditions including extraction temperature, ratio of water to material, extration time and extration times were modeled using a 4-factor, 3-level Box-Behnken experimental design and studied the yield of polysaccharides. And then, the established model was analyzed by response surface methodology to obtain the optimum extraction conditions. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature, 91℃;ratio of water to raw material, 14 mL/g;extraction time, 104 min;and extraction times, 2. Under these conditions, the experimental value was well matched with value predicted by the model. The binary multiple regression equation is accurate and suitable for the extraction of polysaccharide from Humulus Lupulus L.
