摘要
通过萃取溶剂和盐析剂等优化,改进了QuEChERS技术。建立了奶粉中22种兽药残留检测的简捷、快速、特异性的QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。该方法通过EDTA和缓冲体系优化了磺胺、喹诺酮和四环素类药物的萃取检测过程,使磺胺、喹诺酮和四环素的检测低限达到1、5μg/kg和50μg/kg,添加回收率为70%~102%,RSD小于15%。
QuEChERS was modified by the optimization of extract solution and salting-out agents. A simple , fast and selective method was developed to determine 22 veterinary drugs in milk powder by ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. The extraction of sulphonamides , quinolones and tetracyclines was optimized by using EDTA and buffer system. The limits of detection of sulphonamides, quinolones and tetracyclines were 1, 5μg/kg and 50μg/kg. When the standards mixture was spiked, the recovery was 70%-102%and the RSD was less than 15%.
