蓝莓叶总黄酮的纯化及抗脂质过氧化能力研究 被引量:11

摘要 以静态吸附量和解析率为评价指标,对5种大孔吸附树脂对蓝莓叶黄酮的纯化效果进行比较。结果表明DM-130吸附树脂效果最好,吸附量达到71.5 mg/g,解析率达到74.41%。纯化后的黄酮纯度达到68.8%。以抗坏血酸为对照,考察蓝莓叶黄酮对油脂氧化的抑制能力,结果显示其半数抑制浓度(IC50)为78.46μg/m L,显著强于抗坏血酸(IC50为5.56 mg/m L)。 In this study, five kinds of macroporous adsorption resins was chosen to compare their ability of flavonoids purification. The static adsorption and desorption of flavonoids is the main evaluation index. The result shows that the DM-130 macroporous adsorption resins was the best with an adsorption capability of 71.5 mg/g and a desorption rate of 74.41 %.The purity of total flavonoids reach to 68.8 %. The anti-lipid peroxidation of total flavonoids in blueberry leaves was tested with vitamin C as reference. The IC 50 of anti-lipid peroxidation is 78.46μg/mL, which is much better than vitamin C (5.56 mg/mL).
