摘要
选择7种不同型号大孔树脂,比较其对马鞭草总黄酮的吸附量和解吸率,筛选出AB-8为最佳吸附剂,其最佳动态吸附条件:上柱液浓度2.82 mg/m L,上柱流速为2 BV/h,p H为4.6。最佳洗脱条件:4 BV的75%乙醇浓度洗脱,洗脱流速控制在2 BV/h。结果表明:AB-8树脂对马鞭草总黄酮具有良好的吸附和解吸效果。
Seven types of macroporous resin were selected to compare their performances in absorbing and desorbing flavonoids in Verbena officinalis. The macroporous resin AB-8 was chosen to be the best.The results indicated that the optimum condition:the extract concentration was 2.82 mg/mL, adsorption velocity was 2 BV/h, the pH was 4.6, the eluting reagent was 75 % ethanol, the desorption rate was 4 BV/h. The dose of the reagent was 4 times as much as the column volume.The results showed that AB-8 resin could be used in separation an purification for total flavonoids of Verbena officinalis.
