摘要
建立高效液相色谱法检测冷鲜肉中新霉素残留量的方法,以甲醇含0.09 mol/L三乙胺和0.45 mol/L磷酸为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃,进样10μL,在260、315 nm波长出检测。外标法定量的方法检出值为0.035 mg/kg,在添加水平为50 ng/g^250 ng/g范围内的平均回收率为81.98%~84.89%。表明该方法适用于冷鲜肉中新霉素残留的定量分析。
This paper established a hig h-performance liquid chromatography assay for the detection of cold fresh meat of neomycin residues in method, with methanol containing three 0.09 mol/L and 0.45 mol]L phosphoric acid as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 35 ℃, sampling 10 μL, in 260,315 nm wavelength detection, External standard method for quantitative detection value was 0.035 mg/kg, in addition level as 50 ng/g-250 ng/g range the average recovery rate was 81.98 %-84.89 %. Show that the method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of neomycin residue in chilled meat.
