摘要
建立RP-HPLC色谱测定女士保健食品中阿魏酸、异阿魏酸含量的方法。采用70%甲醇加热回流提取方法处理样品,用YMC-C18色谱柱分离,梯度洗脱,以阿魏酸、异阿魏酸为标准物质,用PDA检测器分别在320 nm波长处检测。结果表明,标准物质阿魏酸、异阿魏酸的保留时间分别为9.2 min和9.8 min,不存在干扰,分离度大于1;分别在4.5μg/m L^45.8μg/m L、7.2μg/m L^36.0μg/m L浓度范围比值呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 2),样品日内精密度的RSD小于2.2%,样品平均加样回收率:阿魏酸为99.5%、异阿魏酸97.2%。
To found the method of determination the content of Ferulic acid, Isoferulic acid in one female herbal health-care product. Using 70 % methanol heating reflux extraction , using HPLC with YMC-C18 ,equal elution, and having Ferulic acid,Isoferulic as standard material 1,separated and determined it with PDA detector at 320 nm. Experiment result proved that Ferulic acid,Isoferulic acid was able to have good retained time at 9.2 min and 9.8 min , and no interference, separation degree 〉1, Respectively in 4.5 μg/mL-45.8μg/mL, 7.2μg/mL-36.0 μg/mL those are good linear relationship between the ratio (r 〉 0.999 0). The recovery rate: Ferulic acid was 99.5 %, Isoferulic acid 97.2 %.
