摘要
红星路南沿线道路工程基层采用水泥稳定土结构形式。其水泥稳定层(以下简称"水稳层")碎石基层具有强度高、水稳性好、施工快捷等优点。但在实际施工中,因材料级配、水泥用量、摊铺厚度、碾压遍数、离析处理、成型后养护等控制难度大,红星路南延线道路工程施工采取了有效的控制措施,对水泥稳定土基层施工过程中的质量控制等取得了较好的效果。
Cement stabilized soil structure is used in roadbase of the south extension line of Hongxing road project. The cement stabilized macadam base is characterized with high strength,good cement stability and rapid construction. In practical construction,it is hard to control material gradation,cement content,paving thickness,roller compacting pass,separation treatment and curing. However,in the south extension line of Hongxing road project,good achievements are gained by using construction technology for cement stabilized soil base and controlling quality during construction.
