摘要
九井岗水电站混凝土双曲拱坝温度应力采用三维有限元法进行温控防裂仿真计算,开展深入的温度控制研究分析,为施工过程中采取一定的温控措施控制混凝土的温度应力提供依据。2011年11月通过蓄水验收。运行的两年多时间内,大坝监测显示,温度场和应力场数据满足设计要求,坝体未出现温度裂缝,大坝运行正常。
The temperature stress of Jiujingang double -curvature arch dam is closely related to dam structure, cli- mate conditions, construction procedures, material properties, operating conditions and other factors. The 3 - di- mensional finite element method was used to perform the temperature and crack control simulation for the tempera- ture stress of the double - curvature arch dam of Jiujingang hydropower plant, And deep study and analysis of tem- perature control were made to provide basis for control of concrete temperature stress by taking certain temperature control measures in course of construction of the arch dam. The arch dam was accepted after examination for reser- voir impoundment in November of 2011. The dam instrumentation indicates that the data of both temperature field and stress field satisfy the design requirements, no temperature cracks of the dam have been found and the arch dam has been under normal operation in the last two years and more. The paper provides guidance to control of tem- perature stress by 3 -dimensional finite element method.
