川渝安岳区块油气处理厂轻烃回收工艺选择 被引量:4

摘要 安岳气田须家河气藏为低压、低渗透、中含凝析油气藏,具有重组分含量高、烃露点高的特点,因此,需在安岳区块油气处理厂建设轻烃回收装置。根据目前国内外天然气脱烃与轻烃回收工艺的发展现状,以及安岳区块的具体情况,对7种主要轻烃回收工艺从轻烃收率、能耗、投资等方面进行了对比分析,并且,对膨胀制冷+DHX(双塔流程)制冷工艺及混合冷剂制冷脱烃+二次脱烃工艺的适用性进行了分析,得出结论:混合冷剂制冷+二次脱烃工艺适用于轻烃含量高、低压、低渗透、压力下降较快的安岳区块须家河气藏天然气处理。因此,安岳区块油气处理厂轻烃回收工艺推荐选择混合冷剂制冷+二次脱烃工艺。 Xujiahe gas reservoir in Anyue gas field is low pressure and low permeability gas reservoir which is containing condensate.It has high content of heavy component and high hydrocarbon dew point.Therefore,light hydrocarbon recovery is needed to establish in oil and gas treatment plant at Anyue block.According to the specific situation of Anyue block and the development situation of natural gas hydrocarbon and light hydrocarbon recovery process at home and abroad,this article makes the contrastive analysis about 7 ways of light hydrocarbon recovery process based on recovery rate,energy consumption and investment,and analyzes the feasibility about 'expansion refrigeration & DHX' process and 'mixed refrigerant & secondary decarburization' process.The conclusion is that 'mixed refrigerant & secondary decarburization' process is suitable for Xujiahe gas reservoir in Anyue gas field with the characters of light hydrocarbon content low pressure and low infiltration.
