新建本科院校科研项目后期管理的对策研究

On Later Stage Management of Scientific Research Project in Newly-built University

高校项目成果质量是高校科研水平的重要体现,项目后期管理直接决定项目成果质量。然而,在新建本科院校科研管理部门和科研人员对项目后期管理不重视的现象普遍存在。鉴于项目后期管理的重要意义,提出转变科研观念及创新管理形式来优化项目后期管理。

The quality of the project achievement reflects the scientific research level in universities, and it was directly determined by later stage management of scientific research project. However, both the scientific research management department and research staff pay little attention to later stage rmnagement for the approved project, so the paper proposes innovation of management form to optimize later stage project management.
