摘要
地质灾害气象风险预警系统是以ARCGIS作为基础平台,结合GIS、数据库和计算机网络技术,建立的专题应用信息系统,实现了地质灾害信息的存储、管理、分析、发布等功能,对地质灾害气象风险预警预报水平和精度的提高具有一定的促进作用,为地质灾害气象风险预警提供决策支持,为各级政府和社会公众防灾减灾提供科学、及时、有效的信息指导。
Warning system of geological hazard and meteorological risk is taking ARC- GIS as basic platform, combining with GIS, database and computer network technology, to build the thematic application information system. It has realized the storage, management, analysis, release function of geological hazard information, can promoting geological hazard and meteorological risk warning level and improving the accuracy of geological hazard and meteorological risk warning, to provide decision support for geological hazard and meteoro- logical risk warning, to provide scientific, timely, and effective information guide for all lev- els of government and the public disaster prevention and mitigation.
