文化自觉视角下的校园文化建设与学生素质教育发展——以肇庆学院为例

Construction of Campus Culture in Colleges and Students' Quality Education Development from the Perspective of the Cultural Consciousness: taking Zhaoqing University as an example

以文化自觉为内核的校园文化建设与学生素质教育发展关系密切。文化自觉在确立与明确办学理念、优化与完善校园制度、培育与弘扬大学精神等方面促进了校园文化建设,且对于地处改革开放前沿的广东高校校园文化建设及学生素质教育发展显得尤为重要。广东高校校园文化在坚守文化自觉的前提下,理性对待海外文化、重新发现岭南文化,更好地促进了学生素质教育的发展。以文化自觉为基础,肇庆学院书院制探索出了一条融合校园文化建设与学生素质教育发展之路。

Cultural consciousness as the kernel is closely related to the construction of campus culture and students＇ quality education development. Cultural consciousness, by establishing and conceptualizing school-run- ning idea, optimizing and improving the system of the campus, cultivating and carrying out the spirit of universi- ty, promotes the construction of campus culture, and is particularly important in the forefront of reform and opening-up of Guangdong college campus culture construction and development of students＇ quality education. Under the premise of holding cultural consciousness, Guangdong college campus culture holds a rational treatment of foreign culture, rediscovers the Lingnan culture, to better promote the development of students＇ quality educa- tion. On the basis of cultural consciousness, Zhaoqing University academy system explores a new way of constmction by combining campus culture and students＇ quality-oriented education development.
