摘要 目的:初步分析十三香挥发油部分的化学物质组成。方法:以水蒸汽法提取十三香挥发油、用GC-MS测定,采用自动质谱解卷积定性系统,结合色谱保留指数及数据库比对定性分析。结果:在"好德十香粉"供试品挥发油中共鉴定出66种化学成分,相对含量最高的物质为茴香脑。结论:自动质谱解卷积定性系统与数据库比对方法尚不能解决全部色谱峰的定性。 Objective : To analyze the chemical components in violet oil of thirteen - spice. Methods: The vi- olet oil of Thirteen - spice power was extracted by stem distillation method and was determined by GC - MS. Quali- tative analysis of chemical component was implemented by using automated mass spectral deconvolution and identi- fication system (AMDIS) combined with chromatograph retention index and comparison of database. Results: 64 chemical components were identified from assay preparation of violet oil of Haode Ten Spice Powder. The highest relative content component was anethole. Conclusion: The identification of all chromatography peak in GC - MS data could not be resolved by both methods of AMIDIS and comparison of database.
