摘要
设计了一种实验用双螺杆式自动混合搅拌机,其结构简单,尺寸较小。整机采用西门子PLC控制,三相交流电动机驱动,通过摆线针轮减速机实现公转和自转,利用双螺杆结构进行搅拌混料,其控制简单、可靠。通过进一步改进,其可用于食品、涂料、化工和冶金等工业生产。
The paper designed an experiment with automatic mixing blender, its simple structure, small size, the chine adopts SIEMENS PLC control, using a set of three-phase ac motor driver, cycloidal pinwheel reducer unit into process of revolution and rotation, stirred the mixture structure of double screw, control is simple and reliable, by fur improvement can be further applied to food, paint, chemical, metallurgical and other industrial production.
