摘要
叙述了镉镀层的特性和应用领域,阐述了目前国内军绿色镉镀层的镀覆工艺,通过描述镉镀层"白霜"腐蚀现象的宏观形貌和微观形貌,表明了镉镀层腐蚀后的状态。通过对"白霜"进行红外吸收光谱分析和扫描电镜能谱分析,以及对"白霜"基底部位和"白霜"清除后的部位进行扫描电镜能谱分析,确定了"白霜"的主要成分是甲酸镉。在论述有机气氛是镉镀层腐蚀的主要因素的同时,指明了基材表面质量和镀覆工艺对产生"白霜"的影响。针对产生"白霜"腐蚀的原因,提出了防护措施。
Described the characteristics anct appi^cauo- 1,~ coatings for cadmium plating process. The cadmium plating "hoarfrost" corrosion phenomenon of macro and micro morphol- ogy description, it showed that cadmium coatings after corrosion state. Through the "hoarfrost" energy spectrum analysis, infrared absorption spectrum analysis and SEM, and energy spectrum analysis on the "hoarfrost" basal voids and after the removal "hoarfrost" part of the energy spectrum analysis, to determine the "hoarfrost" main component is cadmium format. The organic atmosphere is the main factor of cadmium plating corrosion, at the same time, influence of specified substrate surface quality and plating process to produce "hoarfrost". According to the cause of hoarfrost , put forward the protec- tion measures.
