摘要
通过对核2&3级管壳式换热器制造过程中的质量问题进行统计分析,结合现场质量控制工作实践,总结了制造过程中各阶段常见的质量问题,分析了关键工艺和重点工序,给出了质量控制的关键点和过程控制要求,旨在实现过程质量控制工作实效。
Through statistical analysis quality questions in manufacturing process of class 2 & 3 shell and tube type heat-exchangers about nuclear power station and considering quality control experience in site of manufactory, the paper summarized common quality questions, analyzed the key technology and key procedure, and gave the quality control points and process control requirements to achieve the effectiveness of process quality control work.
