司家营铁矿井采排水系统淤泥治理实践

摘要 分析司家营铁矿井采原-120m水平排水系统运转及淤泥清理存在的问题,提出了在巷道设置沉淀池、降低水流流速沉淀淤泥的技术方案,该方案施工简单、作业安全、实施效果显著,排到地表的水达到工业用水标准,达到了节约资源增创效益的目的,可在井采生产中推广应用。 The paper analyzes the existing problems for original -120m horizontal water drainage system operation and ooze cleaning of Shaft mining of Sijiaying Iron Ore. It proposes options of setting settling pond in tunnel to reduce flow rate of water to sediment ooze. By this option, the construction is easy, the operation is safety, the implementation effect is outstanding, and water drainage to surface reaching the industrial water standard. Reaches the purpose of saving resources and creating benefits, it can be popularized and applied in shaft mining production.
