地方本科大学图书馆在接受信息资源挑战带来转型的同时,又迎来了向应用技术型办学转型的新挑战,地方本科大学图书馆应该顺应大学办学的历史潮流,在其办馆理念、资源与服务手段、发展空间等方面作出科学积极的应对与调适。

While facing the transformation of information sources,libraries of local universities has to take the challenge of another transformation - that towards application. To this new tide the libraries should adapt themselves by adopting new ideas,resorting to new sources,introducing new technologies and expanding new spaces.
