摘要
小微企业在扩大就业渠道、促进经济增长和社会和谐稳定、提升科技创新能力等方面有着不可替代的作用,对国民经济和社会发展具有重要的战略意义。通过分析长沙小微企业人才激励机制现状及存在的问题,有针对性的提出人才激励机制优化建议,对于小微企业的引进人才、用好人才、留住人才,具有一定的指导意义。
Small businesses play an irreplaceable role in expanding employment channels, promoting economic growth and social harmony and stability, enhance scientific and technological innovation, etc., and has important strategic significance for economic and social development. Through the analysis of small businesses in Changsha talent incentive mechanism and problems of the status quo, optimization recommendations of targeted incentive mechanism are proposed for small businesses, which guides the introduction of talent, making good use of talent, and retaining talent.
