Fair Education is an essential part in student management in colleges and universities, which influences the constructing a harmonious campus. However, some unfair phenomenon have taken place in sutent management, which badly influences students＇thought and psychology. This paper illustrates the unfair phenomenon in student management and analyzes its causes, and studies the influence from the unfair to students and its contermeasures.
