Under the background of lerning-type society and the deep school-enterprise cooperation nowadays,higher vocational colleges improve dormitory culture construction by the integration of advanced enterprise culture and dormitory culture, which will greatly influence the cultivation of higher vocational talents.This paper illustrates the connotation and fuction of higher-vocational learning-type dormitory culture,and explores strategies of constructing higher-vocational learing-type dormitory culture.
