心律失常中医治疗的现状与展望

Present Situation and Prospect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Treatment of Arrhythmia

在我国,心律失常是最常见和多发的心血管疾病之一,其发病率也逐年攀升。现代医学对心律失常的治疗虽然取得了很大的进步,但与此同时也存在着难以克服的使用局限性和患者难以耐受的不良反应。医学人性化的发展和新的治疗理念使得对疾病的治疗更加注重患者生活质量的改善和提高,而这一点恰恰与中医整体观念和辨证论治的思想不谋而合。在心律失常治疗的临床实践和研究中,如何验证中医治疗的疗效,如何体现中医治疗的优势,如何在治疗中改善患者的生活质量,可能是目前中医治疗心律失常需要关注和解决的问题。本文将从心律失常治疗的现状、中医对心律失常的认识、中医治疗心律失常的循证医学证据和心律失常中医治疗展望四个方面作简要概述,以供参考。

Arrhythmia is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in China,with increasing incidence year by year.Huge pro-gress has been achieved on the treatment of arrhythmia in modern medical area.However,the limitations of the serious adverse reac-tions in patients were stil problems which were difficult to solve.The treatment of disease Was more and more emphasizing on impro-ving the quality of life in patients and the arise of new treatment concept,which was precisely the concept of wholism and syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.Currently,the problems need to be focused and solved on the TCM treatment of arrhythmia are how to evaluate the true effect of TCM,how to show the superiority of TCM and how to improve the quality of life in patients treated by TCM.The purpose of this article is to overview the current treatment of arrhythmia,the TCM under-standing of arrhythmia,the study evidence of TCM and the prospect of TCM on the treatment of arrhythmia.
