介绍国内机构知识库联盟和国内高校机构知识库联盟建设现状,认为高职高专院校建设机构知识库联盟的动力是:低投入高资源收益的需求,消除数字鸿沟的期望,特色化发展的助推,独自建设机构知识库存在困难。提出高职高专院校机构知识库联盟建设机制。

The paper introduces the construction situation of institutional repository （IR） alliance and university IR alliance in Chi-na, thinks that the driving force to build vocational college IR alliance are as follows： demand for low investment but high resource re-ward, expectation for eliminating digital divide, promotion of characteristic development, and difficulties in building IR alone. Finally, it puts forwards a mechanism for building IR alliance among vocational colleges.
