摘要
基于诺兰阶段模型描述特征,泸州老窖企业信息化经历了初始期、传播期、控制期、集成期、数据管理期5个阶段。白酒行业信息化起步较晚,目前处于传播期、控制期交叉的发展阶段。泸州老窖作为白酒行业的企业信息化领跑者,其在信息化建设的探索与实践经验,可为传统白酒企业信息化提供若干启示。
The paper bases on descriptive features of Nolan Stage Model, considers Luzhuo Laojiao’s enterprise informatization has gone through 5 stages of initial period, propagation period, control period, integration period and data management period. Liquor indus-try informatization in China starts relatively late, and nowadays is in the uneven development stage of propagation period and control period. As a pacemaker of liquor industry informatization, Luzhuo Laojiao’s experiences of exploration and practice in informatization construction can offer enlightenments to traditional liquor enterprises.
