摘要
阐述了慕课的产生背景和慕课环境下图书馆用户行为的变化,分析了用户信息需求呈现知识化、泛在化、数字化、富媒体化等特点。提出图书馆应树立"开放、融入、创造"的服务理念,建设开放的数字教学资源,创建慕课专题网和课程指引体系,开发用户教育模块,挖掘与利用交互式信息,全面推进融入服务、知识服务、泛在服务等对策建议。
The paper elaborates the background of MOOCs formation and the changes of users’ information behaviors for MOOCs, analyzes users’ information demand characteristics of better-educated, ubiquitous, digital, multimedia. The paper puts forward some countermeasures that the library should establish the service idea of open, integration and creativity, construct open and digital teaching resources, build a MOOCs topic network and course guidance system, develop users ’ education module, mine and make use of interac-tive information, comprehensively promote integrative service, knowledge service and ubiquitous service.
