厚煤层破碎区综放面采空区封闭方法

摘要 针对厚煤层破碎区综采放顶工作面采空区封闭效果差,极易发生采空区煤炭自燃的现象,提出超前注浆加固工作面保护煤柱和变形破坏的巷道、永久闭墙采用顶部拱形掏槽和注浆堵漏的方法。封闭采空区效果良好,有效地防止了采空区煤炭自燃。 Due to the poor sealing effect of gob in fully- mechanized mining face in fracture zone of thick coal seams, spontaneous combustion easily happens on the gob. The paper proposes pre- grouting reinforcement to protect coal pillars and deformed roadways and permanent closed walls. Besides, arched slotting on the roof and grouting are also used. The results show ideal sealing effect for the gob, which could effectively prevent the coal spontaneous combustion.
