摘要
针对麻家梁选煤厂重介质消耗量大、分选产品质量不合格、介质桶液位不稳定等问题,采用调整脱介筛筛孔尺寸、增加筛面喷水压力、改造脱介筛喷嘴、并在加介磁选机环节添加二次分流的工艺设计,有效减少了浅槽系统中的煤泥量,大大降低了稀介磁选机的分流量,避免了稀介磁选机因分流量大煤泥量多导致的介质回收率低的问题,同时加强人员对设备的维护管理及磁铁矿粉的管理等手段,最终提高了介质回收率,保证了产品质量,达到了节能降耗的目的,实现了选煤厂经济效益的最大化。
In Majialiang Coal Preparation Plant, there are some problems, including big consumptionof heavy medium, poor quality of separated products, and instability of liquid level of medium bucket. By adjusting the size of sieve pore of medium draining screen, increasing the pressure of water- spraying,modifying spray nozzle, adding second separating technique to magnetic separator, the study effectively reduces the slime content of shallow trough and separating volume of the diluted medium magnetic separator, avoided the problems of low recovery rate of medium caused by a large quantity of the slime.Meanwhile, equipment maintenance and management and magnetite powder management are strengthened to increase the recovery rate of the medium, ensure the product quality. Therefore, energy saving and cost reducing are achieved and the maximization of economic benefits of the coal preparation plant is realized.
