Technical renovation of ethylene cracking furnace and the effect analysis

摘要 针对中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司2#乙烯装置BA-1101裂解炉投油量和运行周期达不到设计水平、热效率低等问题进行分析,采用中石化自主开发的CBL裂解炉技术对辐射段炉管进行改造,在对流段增加管排回收热量,改造后,BA-1101投油量和运行周期达到设计值,排烟温度大幅下降,热效率显著提高。 The problems that the furnace BA- 1101 of No. 2 ethylene plant in SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. can not reach the designed feed flow and run length,and the heat efficiency is lower are analyzed. The technical renovation is carried out by adopting CBL type ethylene cracking furnace technology developed by SINOPEC in furnace radiation section,and adding additional pipes in concection section to recycle heat. After renovation,the index of feeding flow and run length reaches the design value; the flue gas temperature is reduced,which leads to a high heat efficiency.
