成年女性下颌骨形态学观测及临床意义

Morphological Observation and Clinical Significance of Adult female Mandibular

目的:通过对成年女性下颌骨相关解剖结构进行观测,收集整理相关数据,丰富下颌骨形态学资料。方法:对50例成年女性干燥下颌骨标本进行解剖学形态观测,测量下颌骨相关角度、下颌孔相关距离值并统计相关结构数据。结果:测得下颌骨相关角度及距离值如下,下颌角角度为(124.21±4.23)°,下颌骨仰角角度为(25.41±2.26)°,下颌骨夹角为(77.28±2.43)°,下颌角外间距为(98.43±3.51)mm,下颌支高度为(57.28±2.33)mm;下颌孔及其与周围结构相关距离测量值如下,下颌孔与下颌后缘水平距离为(16.29±1.31)mm,下颌孔与下颌切迹直线距离为(23.34±1.55)mm,下颌切迹矢状径和垂直径分别为(32.51±2.07)mm和(14.42±0.90)mm。结论:面颅骨下颌骨相关解剖结构的定量分析测量,可为该区域的整形手术提供解剖学数据支持,同时完善了成年女性下颌骨形态学数据,为颌面部下颌骨区外科手术提供了形态学依据。

Objective：Through observation of the relevant anatomical structure of the adult female mandibular,the relevant data was collected and the mandibular morphological data was riched.Methods：A total of 50 cases of adult female mandibular were observed and measured,the related mandibular angle,and the related distance of mandibular foramen were measured.In addition,the related data was statistically analyzed.Results：The mandibular angle was（124.21±4.23）°the mandibular elevated angle was（25.41±2.26）°,the mandibular inclued angle was（77.28±2.43）°,the bigonial breadth was（98.43±3.51）mm,the height of ramus was（57.28±2.33）mm.The horizontal distance from mandibular foramen to the posterior margin of ramus was（16.29±1.31）mm,the vertical distance from mandibular foramen to the sigmoid notch was（23.34±1.55）mm,the sagittal diameter and vertical diameter of mandibular sigmoid notch were（32.51±2.07）mm and（14.42±0.90）mm,respectively.Conclusion：Mandibular related structures were involved in the medical cosmetic surgery of the adult females.In this paper,the quantitative analysis and measurement has been carried out in the related structures.At the same time,the mandibular morphological data of the adult females was improved,which provided the morphological basis for maxillofacial mandibular area surgery.
