煤矿井下在岗工人高血压患病情况调查分析

目的:对某煤业集团井下在岗工人进行高血压流行病学调查,为采取针对性的高血压防控措施提供科学依据。方法:对接受职业健康检查的16 667名某煤业集团井下在岗工人开展高血压流行病学调查,分析该人群中高血压的患病率、知晓率、服药率、控制率、高血压分级以及影响因素。结果:16 667名调查对象中高血压患病率为23.39%,知晓率为57.62%,治疗率为51.24%,控制率为9.28%。结论:高血压影响因素主要为特殊井下工作环境,服药合理性,井下工人对高血压的认识程度等。控制高血压的相关影响因素,制定符合人群特点的高血压防治策略,可降低患病率,提高控制率。

Objective：To conduct the hypertension epidemiological investigation in a certain coal group mine and take corresponding measures to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of hypertension.Methods：16,667on-the-job worker in the coal group mine accepted the occupational health examination,and the hypertension epidemiological investigation was carried out.In this population,the awareness rate,the treatment rate,the control rate,the hypertension classification and influencing factors were analyzed.Results：The hypertension prevalence rate among 16,667 subjects was 23.39%,the witting rate was 57.62%,the treatment rate was 51.24%and the control rate was 9.28%.Conclusion：The major influencing factors of hypertension were special underground work environment,medication rationality,awareness degree of hypertension of underground workers.Hypertension related influencing factors were controlled,the hypertension control strategy in line with the characteristic crowd was enacted,the prevalence rate was reduced and the control rate was improved.
