摘要
本文研究了3J1合金冷轧后经600℃、650℃、700℃和750℃时效处理对组织与性能的影响。结果表明:冷轧变形后随时效温度的升高,强度(抗拉强度和屈服强度)先升高后降低,3J1合金在650℃时效处理时强度达到最大值,延伸率随着时效温度的升高而升高。
The properties of 3J1 alloy were studied after aging at 600,650,700and750℃ after cold rolling. Results show that the strength( tensile strength and yield strength) increased first and then decreased with aging temperature increasing after cold rolling. The strength of 3J1 reached the maximum value at 650 ℃ aging treatment. Percentage elongation of 3J1 alloy after cold rolling increased with the increasing of aging temperature.
