O_3-内电解组合工艺处理高浓蜡染废水

Treatment of High Concentration Wastewater from Wax Printing by Ozone Integrated with Internal Electrolysis

摘要 采用O3-内电解组合工艺处理实际高浓蜡染废水,探讨了臭氧协同内电解处理蜡染废水中臭氧量、铁碳比、反应时间、p H值等因素对反应的影响。结果表明当臭氧量为12 g/L,p H值为5,铁碳体积比为1∶2,反应时间为60 min时,废水的色度去除率达到95%,COD去除率达到了75%。 The technology of ozone cooperating with internal electrolysis to deal with high concentration wastewater from wax printing was studied. The parameters,such as the dosage of ozone,the ratio of activated carbon / iron,p H value and reaction time,were discussed. The results indicated that on the best reaction condition of that the ozone concentration were 12 g / L,the p H value was 5. 0,the volume ratio of activated carbon / iron was 1∶2,the reaction time was 60 min,the removal of color was up to 95%,and COD was up to 75%.
