摘要
采用上升液滴法对TBP-磺化煤油体系萃取锂的动力学进行了研究,主要考察了水相锂浓度和水相铁浓度对萃取速率的影响,并求出了各因素对萃取速率的反应级数。通过对实验数据进行非线性回归,求出了本萃取体系的萃取速率方程:R=3.608×10-7[Li+]1.346[(Fe Cl4)-]0.1874,并对萃取速率常数的实验值和计算值进行了比较,二者的均方误差为2.126%,这表明本研究结果可信。
Kinetics of the extraction of lithium by tri- n- butyl phosphate system in brine has been investigated using the single drop rising technique. Parameters affecting the extraction rate such as lithium concentration and ion concentration in aqueous phase were studied. The rate equation of extracting lithium determined by non- slope analysis was as follows: R = 3. 608 × 10- 7[Li+]1. 346[( Fe Cl4)-]0. 1874. The root mean square error( RMSE) of extraction rate constants of experimental values and calculated values was 2. 216%,which means the experimental result was credible.
