摘要 在本文中,通过短程蒸馏装置对聚四亚甲基醚二醇的高分子及低分子组分进行了分离。讨论了导热油温度,系统压力,进料速率及冷井结霜对于聚四亚甲基醚二醇产品分子量的影响。实验结果表明:导热油温度的升高会使产品的分子量升高。系统压力升高会使产品的分子量降低。进率速率增大,冷井结霜都会使产品分子量会降低。 High molecular weight and low molecular weight components of polytetramethylenne ether glycol were separated by the short- path distillation device. Effect of feed rate,heat- transfer oil temperature,the system pressure,and frosted cold trap on molecular weight of polytetramethylenne ether glycol product were discussed. The result showed that molecular weight of the product would increase when heat- transfer oil temperature increased. Molecular weight of the product would decrease when the system pressure increased. Molecular weight of the product would decrease when the feed rate increased or cold trap was frosted.
