离子色谱法测定化工废水中F^-的含量

摘要 通过研究,我们建立了用离子色谱法测定化工废水中F-含量的分析方法。选择的色谱条件为:亲水性较强的阴离子交换分离柱分离,电导检测器,碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠混合淋洗液淋洗。直接分取样品,用碳酸钠调节p H值为5~8,过滤直接进样测定。该方法具有良好的线性范围(0~50 mg·L-1范围内相关系数为0.99993),样品加标回收率在97.7%~106.6%之间。该方法主要用于化工废水样品中F-含量的分析,方法快速、操作简便,可满足化工厂和40万吨离子膜项目对废水处理中F-离子的快速检测要求,测定结果令人满意。 Based on the study,the analysis approach to test the quantity of F-in chemical outlet water by ion chromatography was established. The conditions to select the chromatography were as follows: F-should be exchanged and separated with strong hydrophilic anion exchange,the liquid should be gone through the elution with mixed liquid of Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Bicarbonate. Besides,an electrical conductivity detector was also needed to test the quantity of F-. After the elution,the p H of the mixed liquid between 5 and 8 with Sodium Carbonate,testing the quantity after filtration. This method had good linearity range. The correlation index was 0. 99993 within 0 to 50 mg·L- 1. The standard recovery rate was between 97. 7% and 106. 6%. It was widely used to test the quantity of F-in the chemical outlet water because it was quick and convenient,which could satisfy the chemical plant and our project of 4 billion ionic membrane that requires quick test on F-. The testing result was satisfactory.
