摘要
高温超声波流量计采用高温导波器,可测量400℃以内高温介质的流量,从而解决了有机热载体锅炉能效测试中的一个重要测试难点。文章介绍了高温超声波流量计的组成及工作特点,并对流量测量中如何选位、安装和使用提出具体建议,为用户应用高温超声波流量计提供可以借鉴的经验和方法。
High temperature ultrasonic flowmeter with high temperature wave guide can measure the flow of high temperature medium below 400 ℃. An important test difficulty of energy efficiency test for organic heat carrier boiler was solved. The composition and working characteristics of high temperature ultrasonic flowmeter were introduced. The advice for installation and using on flow measurement was put forward. The experience and method for application of high temperature ultrasonic flowmeter was provided.
