摘要
民族地区必须适应社会对中医药职业岗位的需求,适应终身教育需要和未来职业演变的趋势。改进现有的人才培养模式,适当增加需要的医学课程,整合和优化教学内容,在专业实践技能体现"针对性"和"实用性"的实践教学体系,构建适应21世纪的高职中药专业人才培养方案和课程体系。
Ethnic minority areas must adapt to the social demand for Chinese medicine professional post,and meet the need of lifelong education and the trend of future career evolution. Improving existing personnel training mode,appropriating to increase the necessary medical curriculum,integraing and optimiing the teaching content in professional practice skills reflect targeted and practicality in practice teaching system can construct the adaptive personnel training scheme and training course system for higher vocational Chinese medicine professionals in 21 th century.
