专业英语是高等院校各类专业中一门重要的基础课,亦是一门专业与技能紧密结合的工程性课程。针对目前材料类复合材料专业学科特点,从教学现状出发,就专业英语课程的教学方法进行探讨。以专业知识的传授为重点,合理利用学时、优化教学内容、丰富授课形式、科学安排考核方式,切实提高教学水平和教学效果,培养学生使用英语进行科技交流的能力。

Professional English is an important basic course among various professional of institutions,and it is an engineering course closely combines with the professional skills. The teaching methods of professional English were explored based on the present situation of teaching and the discipline characteristics of composites professional. It focused on imparting professional knowledge,and then reasonably spending time,optimizing teaching contents,scientifically arranging the examination form. The standard and effect of teaching would be improved substantially,and students＇ ability of using English to technology communication.
